On the afternoon of August 13, local time, Anhui Construction Engineering Group (Pakistan) Branch held the topping-out ceremony for the completion of the main structures of the Gezhouba Group’s Pakistan Regional Dispatch Center Building Project in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan.
The Gezhouba Group’s Pakistan Regional Dispatch Center Project is located in the New City Park in Eighteen Islamabad, covers an area of 6,912 square meters and a total construction area of 25,110 square meters. The contract duration is 24 months and supposed to cost a total of 3.225 Billion PAK Rupees (Equivalent to RMB 130 Million Yuan).
Committed to finishing the main structures of the project on schedule, all staff of the project have taken the epidemic prevention and control and the production safety as their two key tasks since the project commenced on September 1, 2021. They have overcome difficulties such as the hot weather and rainy season, and on the premise of ensuring safe production without accident, achieved a construction progress efficiency record – completing the structures of two and a half floors in one month for the office building and two floors in one month for the apartment building, and the predetermined goals were successfully achieved.
Lin Xiaodan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee，Senior Vice President of China Energy International Group，Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of China Energy Engineering Group Overseas Investment Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony, he said, in the face of multiple difficulties such as the epidemic impact and flood season, the project has achieved the goal of topping-out the main structures on schedule, which shows the excellent professional construction ability and excellent work style of Anhui Construction Engineering Group. He highly appreciates the valuable experiences of Anhui Construction Engineering Group Pakistani Branch in promoting the localization of the project and hopes Anhui Construction Engineering Group Pakistani Branch strengthens the follow-up construction organization and arrangement to ensure the completion and handing over of the project with high qualities.
Zhu Zhenke，Deputy General Manager of ACEG PAK Branch, said, as the project enters the stage of decoration, staff of the project will continue to pay special attention to the epidemic prevention and control works on a regular basis and be strict on work safety in production and scientific overall planning to create a super high quality project and build the project a model one upon completion in the Eighteen Park.
Other relevant leaders from China Energy International Group and ACEG PAK Branch and the managerial staff of the project attended the ceremony.
