Recently, ACEG has achieved new design qualifications of 5 building categories – Class-B Qualification of Civil Air Defense Project, Class-B Qualification of Municipal Public Utility Drainage Project, Class-B Qualification of Municipal Public Utility Water Supply Project, Class-B Qualification of Municipal Public Utility Road Project and Special Class-B Qualification of Landscape and Garden Architecture. These 5 qualifications were put in by ACEG Design Institute (ACEG Science and Technology Innovation Center) and approved by Anhui Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department.
ACEG Design Institute (ACEG Science and Technology Innovation Center) possesses the Class-A Design Qualification of Construction Industry (Construction Engineering) approved by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China. Over the years, adhering to its enterprise mission of “Creating space of art and achieving cultural life”, the institute has designed a large number of iconic buildings and high-quality residential areas, designed many projects on EPC / PPP basis and successively won 1 First and 4 Third Prizes of Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Award in Anhui Province, and participated in the compilation of 1 local standard and presided over the compilation of 2 standards for the scientific and technological plan for urban and rural housing construction in Anhui province. At present, the annual turnover of the institute has reached a historic breakthrough of RMB100 Million Yuan, and successfully achieved a good start for its 14th Five-year Plan.

The year 2022 marks the 10th anniversary of the founding of ACEG Design Institute (Science and Technology Innovation Research and Development Center) and in order to implement general contracting of a project and the integration strategy of design and construction and build a stronger and bigger ACEG and strive to achieve a “100 Billion ACEG”, ACEG Design Institute (ACEG Science and Technology Innovation Center) will boost its design capability by right of technologies and create values by right of design, based on the new starting point and facing the new goals, bringing out its new prospects, centering on serving the new positioning as a general contractor of ACEG and sticking to the development goals of its 14th five-year Plan.
